  • SCRUM+ workshops with the customer ensure avoiding misunderstandings and achieving results bringing atmosphere between the development team and the customer. Workshops also secure, that all eventual changes do get approved and recorded to the projects backlog.
  • The application backlog is maintained in co-operation with the customer in order to keep changes and risks in complete control.
  • Design and implementation prototype confirms, that the customer and the development team are sharing mutual understanding of application needs and features as well as of their implementation ways. Customer sees in real time what is going on and gets to test the application already on a very early phases of the project, which contributes to ascertain, that there will be no misunderstandings in the implementation process.
  • Delivering an application in small units (sprints) diminishes greatly any need of big testing efforts, which also contributes to even resource load during the different phases of the project.
